The Kagay-an Festival is celebrated every month of August in Cagayan de Oro, in honor of their patron saint St. Augustine. It is written in the postcards that it showcases float
parades depicting the city' growth and development, history, people and culture.What a colorful day to received a postcard with colorful event. This postcard was given to me by Mommy Rubz of Cagayan de Oro.
